Shipping:

Earthwise is currently a pick-up in-store business only.  If you are ordering small, easily shippable items, please give us a call/email and we will work it out with you!

Return Policy:

Earthwise DOES NOT offer refunds. We offer Store Credit ONLY within 7 days of purchase with your original invoice/receipt. All items are sold AS IS and we highly recommend that if your purchase relies heavily on measurements, that you double check the item prior to purchase. We do our best to make measurements as accurate as possible, however, we do occasionally make mistakes.

Rental Policy:

Earthwise offers rentals on most items (excluding consignment) for:

• A non-refundable service fee equaling 15% of retail price + tax for up to 2 weeks. or
• A non-refundable service fee equaling 20% of retail price + tax for 2-4 weeks.

Longer time periods are negotiable with management for your special project. We also require a deposit in the amount of the full retail price until such time as the items are returned in the EXACT condition in which they left the retail store.
